Bio 65 Environmental cleaners

I can’t recommend Eddie from Bio-65 highly enough. He came out to deal with a bed bug issue for us and was absolutely spot on from start to finish. He was quick to respond, turned up on time, and explained everything clearly so we knew exactly what was being done. It’s not a pleasant situation to deal with, but Eddie handled it professionally and made the whole process a lot less stressful. The treatment was thorough and done to a really high standard. You can tell he knows his stuff and takes real pride in his work. On top of that, he’s a genuinely decent guy, easy to talk to and very reassuring. If you’re dealing with anything like this, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Reliable, knowledgeable, and top-quality service all round.

We used Bio-65 for a deep clean of our entire home following a massive, back-to-brick renovation, and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. The property was absolutely buried in builders' dust, and the transformation Eddie and his team achieved in just four days is fantastic. It’s now ready to move straight into, which saved us a massive amount of time and stress. From the start, Eddie was great to deal with—personable, honest, and completely transparent. We were in a real rush to get the job done, and despite being incredibly busy, he managed to squeeze us into his schedule. He is an absolute perfectionist. Because he’s so thorough, the job actually ended up taking an extra day to meet his own high standards, but he stuck strictly to his original quoted price. They did a far better job than we ever could have done ourselves. If you need a post-renovation clean, don't look anywhere else.

From the initial consultation to the final sign-off, Eddie and his team were the definition of professional. I particularly appreciated that Eddie refused to give a "sight-unseen" quote; he insisted on inspecting the job first, which was a refreshingly honest and realistic start. Once the price was agreed, the team worked tirelessly to deliver an outstanding result. As with any project, a few extra requirements surfaced along the way, but Eddie always discussed the 'what' and 'why' with us before proceeding. This transparency meant there were zero shocks or hidden costs. We felt truly looked after, and it was clear that our satisfaction was their top priority. Highly recommended.

Brilliant amazing removed mice nests in the roof lining of Combine Harvester Cab and unbelievable smell. Really good prices, quick response. I recommend him to any Farmer that has problems getting equipment/machines ready the spend hours in. We had a full cab clean on the other Combine ready for harvest. We will be using him again, lovely bloke and team.

Eddie and his team are amazing they cleaned up a rental property that any normal company would have ran a mile from in just two days leaving it like it was a show home ready to let out again the new tenant non the wiser 100% use again money well spent
