Used Berkshire Cleaning for an end of tenancy clean at our property in Reading and I’m so glad I did. The team were punctual, friendly, and worked incredibly hard from start to finish. The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate deep cleaned to a standard I honestly couldn’t have achieved myself. The whole place was gleaming by the time they left. Landlord carried out the inspection with no complaints and we received our full deposit back. Fantastic company, will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone moving out in the Reading area

I recently used Berkshire Cleaning for my end of tenancy cleaning and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was punctual, professional and incredibly thorough. Every corner of property was spotless. I was also provided guarantee by Malik if there will be any issues we will send cleaners back to rectify those issues. It was peace of mind as well. However, my inventory was passed in first attempt by Romans estate agents. Thanks to their hard work!

Booked end of tenancy clean, clarified the date with them 3 times via email and received a booking confirmation. They never showed up or answered their phone (called and emailed for multiple days) resulting in us having to return the keys with the property uncleaned. It’s also been over 20 days and our deposit has not been returned. AVOID!
