Ben's Gutters

Avoid this company at all cost! I wouldn’t even give one star! We called up to ask for a quote to clean our gutters, they quoted us £140. We went ahead thinking they had relatively good reviews however it was all a scam. The man arrived and said it will take 30 mins to do the job (which I found odd given that it’s a detached house and they must know what they’re doing if they can do it in that speed) However 20 mins in, I then looked outside and he had left and they had taken the £140 straight from my account. I called up afterwards and they said they were clearing the gutters for £140 and over £300 for cleaning and clearing. Which they should have clarified and with more honesty mentioned this point. Honestly a man with a bucket and ladder for £140 for 20 mins job no wonder they’re making easy money! Clearly this is their way is scamming people for their money and never again would we go with them and neither will this neighbourhood.

I’m so pleased with what Csaba has done the gutters look like new. What a lovely man too. Also a very quick service from when I first called this morning. A lovely change not to have to wait weeks. Thank you.

We recently used Benz Gutters and were very pleased with the service, especially thanks to their technician, Csaba. Csaba did a thorough and professional job clearing out the gutters and downpipes, and tested everything with water afterwards. He was very polite, took the time to explain what had been done, and provided a detailed report with clear photos. He also pointed out a few existing issues with the roof and gutters that were very helpful to know about. Overall, a smooth, efficient, and reliable service.

Damaged the rendering on the house with their ladder. Asked for photos of the damage which were sent weeks ago and its been tumbleweed since. Quick enough to contact when they are trying to get money out of you but not so much when theres a problem

Paul who came to clear the gutters was on time, in fact he called to say he was going to be early if that was ok with me. he provided a friendly professional service. he took time to explain the process, showed me photographs of before and after the cleaning had been done. I could not fault the service he provided. the cost of the work which took about an hour for a 3 bedroom semi detached house was in my opinion reasonable. booking the company was simple., you actually got to speak to a human being who was very helpful. confirmation, billing and payment process was easy. I would recommend the company.
