Bay Tree House

My granny stayed here for respite several years ago and was mistreated. She wasn’t receiving the correct meds, had falls which we weren’t notified about and they refused to call us to tell us about them when she asked. It was so bad when family went to visit her and said they wanted to remove her from the care home due to mistreatment the manager called the police on them! The police advised family had done nothing wrong and the care manager shouldn’t have called them. We tried to raise formal complaints and were ignored by Bay Tree.

My dad went into bay tree care home in July 2021 and they have made him feel very welcome he has settled really well thanks to the amazing staff and management team Its sucj a relief to know je is bring cared fpr so well
