Banks And Son Property Maintenance

Spencer is completely reliable. Willing to give advice and is an excellent workman. I would definitely recommend Spencer. I will certainly contact him if I have work in the future.

I have now had a number of jobs done know with Banks And Son Property Maintenance and can say that I am very pleased with all the jobs, Spencer knows his stuff and he has come in under quote a couple of times now. The following are just a few of the jobs he's done for me. Tiling , Flat packs , Decorating , Gardening . He has also done work for a couple of my neighbours now and as far as I know they must be happy with his work because they keep calling him back for new jobs.

Reliable, trustworthy, friendly and his works are always completed to a high standard and on the day he promised. I'd recommend Spencer to anyone needing handyman jobs in the Swansea area.

I’m extremely impressed with the handyman service! Very professional, arrived on time, and completed all the repairs perfectly. Highly recommended!

Spencer is a star. He repaired some rotting shed boards for me today. Free quote and kept in touch with me till he could do the job. Helped to keep the cost down and gave plenty of advice. Will be using again
