Balfour Property Renovations

Ghosted us. Seems others experienced the same thing. Which is odd, because Stuart took the time to come round and talk for a while about various projects and even showed us his own personal drawings of animals and things. Then later, not a peep. Just tell us if you don't to do the job - but having to chase a team of people all of whom ignore you is weird and unprofessional.

Brian came out to look at our property a couple of months ago to install insulation. I chased him numerous times and never received a quote back. Impossible to get hold of him. The receptionist never gets back to me either. Real shame. I can only assume as the only TrystMark builder locally that they have more work than they can deal with.

Really pleased with the work done on replacing my collapsed ceiling following a leak. Once my insurers approved the works, the manager Daniel was really quick in getting the work completed. The decorators Wayne and Barry did a great job too.

Balfour Property Renovations renovated and redesigned my kitchen. They are a really skilled and honest company to work with. I am delighted with my new red and blue kitchen. Thank you very much to all at Balfour Property Renovations. Highly recommended.

Excellent communications, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to receiving quote.
