Top quality security - Annie and Rob were both professional and approachable. They both made sure everyone that attended the event was ok and I hope to see them again due to the great atmosphere they were giving off! Hopefully Annie and Rob will be there at the party on Saturday in Newquay! I couldn't recommend them more!

Only giving 1 star as I can't put anything lower. Sent a complaint to the company reference their staff (doormen) on a night out. This was sent on the 7th October 2018, and another on 12th November 2018. I am still waiting for a response, and my understanding is company's have no more than 28 days to respond to a complaint? Absolutely disgusting that their staff are on most doors of most nightclubs in Plymouth, and they refuse to acknowledge a customer complaint, even when prompted again.
