Axboard Kitchens Newry

I have had two new kitchens, a bathroom unit and wardrobes designed and fitted for a few houses from AXboard. From the design element to delivery I found them really helpful and accommodating. They have a large selection of kitchen cupboard and wardrobe doors to choose from. Lovely staff and I would 100% recommend them.

I recently visited Ax Board to get a cut list prepared and I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. The process was handled efficiently and exactly as agreed, with great attention to detail throughout. All of my questions were answered clearly and professionally, and the team made sure I fully understood the layout, measurements, and specifications before finalising everything. The cut list itself was produced to a very high standard. The team at Ax Board were a pleasure to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to ensure everything was clear and accurate. I would highly recommend Ax Board to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and high quality service.

Absolutely terrible. Would give no stars if possible. Very bad communication. Don’t care about customers. Once the job is done they do not want to know about your experience or issues if any and go out of their way not to talk directly to the customer. Would steer clear. Plenty of better kitchen manufacturers around with highly qualified staff.

I am really impressed with the customer service of AX Board - the retailer I used to purchase my kitchen went into administration and were unable to help me get additional edging for my new kitchen, AX Board were able to get it ordered, their staff kept me updated on delivery and then they delivered it to my home - excellent service 😀

Collected my order from AX board. Highly delighted with the service. Quality of the kitchen is superb and such good value for money. Really pleased with the overall service and staff. 100% recommend.
