UPDATE Thanks very much drawer runner arrived yesterday, on next day delivery as promised. Fits perfectly and my 5 yr old kitchen drawer as good as new. Much appreciated. Just posting after my experience today. I really can’t understand some of the negative reviews on this site. It’s absolutely not my experience. I’ve had nothing but brilliant service and brilliant kitchens. Bought one in 2019 and had no problems, it’s perfect. Got another in 2020 for my Mum and again got a great quality kitchen with great appliances. Nothing was ever too much trouble and owner spent a lot of time with us to ensure we got what we wanted. Today I contacted the owner to ask for help with a broken runner on one of the kitchen drawers. Absolutely no problem for him, he ordered and posted for next day delivery. Not bad at all, that’s been the only problem for 2 kitchens in 6 years and resolved very quickly. The owner has always been very courteous and professional. Thanks very much. We will buy from you again.

Stuart designed and his company fitted the kitchen for us. The service was excellent from start to finish and issues we had Stuart dealt with it straight away. Attention to detail was excellent throughout design and installation.

November 2025. Very poor communication. Been left without water/sink /washing machine in the kitchen for nearly 12weeks since mid November 2025 Poor service, work tops are taking weeks to arrive so far All we get is ”I don’t know!” when questions are asked. Company doesn’t answer emails. We are just expected to be available on any day without notice ! A few weeks before Christmas the company has told usif we don’t take THIS REVIEW DOWN! they will NOT FINISH the kitchen! We are two pensioners, being left with WATER NOT connected, SINK NOT connected, WASHING MACHINE NOT connected OVEN. NOT connected HOB NOT connected THE WORKTOPS NOT supplied due to us not being in attendance and expected to supply a key to workmen, though very personable, would have been unattended in our home . We were unavailable that day as had to go out to two medical appointments and grandchildren duties. This is unfair and potentially illegal trading practice in the UK to withhold items paid for until an honest review is REMOVED Kitchen Factory Outlet have a contractual a obligation to deliver goods purchased Christmas 2025 has been cancelled in this house!
