Arnold Building and Roofing Ltd

I had a full guttering replacement on my bungalow and was very impressed with the service from start to finish. Pat was great throughout. He kept me updated at all times and explained the work clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect. Phil completed the installation and I could not have asked for anyone better. He was fantastic. He got on with the job efficiently and professionally, and when the work was finished you would never have known I had had work done. Everything was left spotless and tidy. I am extremely pleased with the finished result and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Broken tiles and leaky gutter on an old council house . The work was so good I decided to have the guttering all replaced and bay window refelted. Reasonable price quick quote and Phil was respectful of my garden and surrounding property cleaning up before leaving . Sorry I don’t have a before photo so please with the work done. Tested and waterproof now it’s raining again thanks pat x

Highly recommend! 10/10. I had a downpipe that wasn't functioning and bricks around it were constantly wet. I rang Arnold Building and Roofing Ltd on the Saturday morning, they came to look and quote by the afternoon and then by the following Tuesday lunchtime it was fixed! I love my shiny new functioning downpipe (especially with all this rain). They also let me know I had some broken roof tiles (which I wasn't aware of) which they fixed there and then. Couldn't be happier!

I had my guttering done back and front and side fascia boards brilliant job Phil if it was you thank you top 10 brilliant

Contacted the company on Thursday by email, Pat replied within a couple of hours. Straight round to quote the job up on Saturday. Job completed on Monday. Pat couldn't do enough for us and the member of his team that did the work was friendly, professional and polite all the way through. 5 stars 🌟
