AR Oven Cleaning ltd

Andy came out and did a deep clean of my double oven grill and hob last year Arrived on time very professional. Oven was like new by the time he left and even cleaned my washing machine free if charge. Prices as quoted very reasonable would have no hesitation in using again or recommending him to anyone.

I work so much it's hard to keep on top of things around the house, one of them being 'keeping the oven in immaculate condition'. I booked a slot with AR Oven cleaning and they arrived at the time they said they would. The guy Andrew had a very uplifting and talkative manner, before I new it my oven was like brand new! Couldn't ask for a better service, even done the hobs for me and all

Andy did a fantastic job of cleaning our twin oven. We needed it to look as good as new as we were selling our house. It looked like it had never been used. He even dismantled the door to clean the glass. Top job 👌

Sadly very poor service received this time, the first time I used these people they did a great job, this time my oven didn’t work and tripped the fuse box after Andrew cleaned it last week, I rang him straight away he told me to leave it off as he believed it was damp ???? and he said he would sort it the next day, and he has ignored my messages and voicemails ever since, i was without cooking for 4 days and had to get somebody else in to get my cooker working again, what a shame as I have highly recommend these people in the past. Terrible service plus when we finally got it mended and put it on , as it got hot the sides and base were covered in white residue which smelt really bad so I had to re lean my oven myself what a total waste of £50 I wouldn’t of written this review if someone had, had the decency to return my messages and sort out their error, shameful Still not received a call back as promised

Andy was a really nice fella. However, he did not complete the job which we paid full price for. He sprayed the hob rings silver instead of cleaning them which I thought was going to do. The silver spray looks horrendous and the finish is terrible, it’s all bubbled. Andy even said himself the finish was awful and he would be back to fix them. It’s now been 2 months, numerous unanswered messages and still nothing. It will cost me £120 to replace the 4 hob rings. It’s not usually my style to leave a bad review but this is just not on. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
