I have a great experience with Apex Homes. They Provide tremendous services to client better than other letting agency. I always recommend to my friends and surrounding neighbours to contact Apex Homes for good homes and better services. They never let you down for your requirements. They are always helpful, polite and friendly in nature.

Man who works here is genuinely abusive to customers who are paying for a service he is basically refusing to provide. Damp, mould, and leaks in the home have not been treated and he does not seem to think this is an issue. Instead decided it was an appropriate reaction to yell at two 20 year-old girls and respond to the issue of a leak and crumbling ceiling by screaming, “people die, ceilings fall down, things happen!” Genuinely psychotic, do not sign with this agency. In response to being called ungrateful - maybe if the many issues in the house were dealt with in a calm and efficient manner I’d be a bit happier!

They really have all the appreciation and respect and they are an integrated team and they provide fast service which I can not find it anywhere else. I am very happy with throughout the University time of the year 🌹😍

- Terrible customer service, the phone line is never answered (not once) - Home in horrible condition upon moving in - holes in walls, damaged equipment, thick layer of hair in all the carpets, broken furniture, rusty screws sticking out of walls - The staff treat you as if you are stupid, no complaints are taken seriously and whoever is part of the maintenance team should be ashamed of the shoddy work they do, - Landlord is demeaning and condescending to people 1/3 of his age (maybe 1/4?) - Do not choose apex homes, you will regret it - If i could have given 0 stars, I would.
