AP Security (APS) Ltd.

I seen this company at the queens funeral today and several other days while I was in London. What an absolute shambles. There is no dress code. I seen an events manager wear a pair of dirty Nike air, pink adidas socks and Nike legging. Her hair hanging down over her clean yellow jacket. Other staff had their tabards understand their coats while on fixed points. Others again carried them in their hands or had them hanging out of their back pockets. They are always in a huddle or on a mobile phone. I did speak to a few nice ones but as a company if there is how they dress and present themselves at the queens funeral how do they do smaller events. If I needed security I’d buy a dog rather than use this company. Maybe they should change their logo to A Poor Service, All Personal Shoddy, A Pittance Service, Appaling Personal Standards. Avoid this company.

such a great friendly team, they helped out on my ticket problems when trying to get into the venue, even provided support for my mother who was in a wheelchair who attended the event. they made sure that she was comfortable and she even got the best view in the house. at the end they also helped her get out of the venue without having to go the same way as the rest of the crowd.

Got to a concert at 02 Brixton. I was walking slowly in so this security woman decides that it is ok to grab me and push me in. Later on I went to the main atria to go out and smoke as some other security had told me it was allowed to go out to smoke. The same security woman tells me I am not allowed to be in the atria and that I need to leave since once out you can't go back in. I point out to her that I am not technically out and other security had told me I could go out to smoke. She proceeds to tell me that since no other security is around she is the one who makes the rules and forces me out by force. I am appalled. I am a doctor and was just enjoying an evening out with my husband for our holiday as my husband loved that band. He had to leave early as well since he had the house keys and my wallet and the security lady did not let him give me these things and told him if he did he was considered outside the venue as well and he would need to leave.

Absolute appalling company. Currently camping on the mall for the coronation and I'm literally stood watching & listening to members of your staff (mainly the supervisors) verbally abuse their lower ranked colleagues in front of the public & other staff members. Absolutely disgusting, degrading & demoralising for your staff on the receiving end!! Bunch of power-tripping Jobsworths!

A fab, friendly and helpful team at the O2 Islington for Aston Merrygold. Afterwards a few kept the crowd entertained while waiting at the stage door, they were very chatty and friendly and 1 called Simon even lent us his own powerbank to put some charge in our phones when my daughters had died. Thank you so much
