All Washed Up

After years of using All Washed Up with no issues unfortunately I am extremely disappointed of leaving in 2 down feather duvets, king and super king size, to get them both back ruined with the down completely clumped and was told no when I asked for partial compensation or refund of the dry cleaning service. I reached out to the owner who offered to redo them but unfortunately it did not work. After further conversations with the owner and despite requesting a refund for the service or a compensation gesture of goodwill as they will both now need replaced, neither was offered. They claim they "weren’t in a good state when they went in" and “felt bad charging me picking them up”  but neither of these were this communicated to me when I dropped them off or picked them up, it was only when I got them home and opened them up did I notice the problem.  I was also told it "must be wear and tear” my duvets are about 5years old and thin, since they are 4.5tog summer duvets but neither duvet  was clumped  when they went in but both were ruined when they came out. I understand mistakes can happen but the fact not even a refund was offered to a long standing customer means I will no longer be using them and wouldnt recommend taking expensive good there.

Helped me last minute on a big cleaning mission! They went above and beyond to help me ensuring it was done quickly and efficiently! I would highly recommend.

Had phoned a few dry cleaners, prices were way above what All washed up charged and it was ready the same day. Great service and friendly staff. Will definitely be using again.

After using another dry cleaner, my dress came back with the same tan stains and creases it went in with. I called All Washed Up to explain the situation — I needed the dress, which can only be dry cleaned, for a wedding. The ladies were extremely helpful, polite, and reassured me it was no problem. When I collected my dress, it was beautifully cleaned and pressed, and all the tan stains were completely gone. Amazing service — I would highly recommend them!

Excellent service, we had a broken dryer so could not dry clothes properly. They collected the clothes in the morning and was delivered by lunchtime really impressed. Also, the driver was able to accept Apple Pay at the door which I thought was a really nice bonus.
