As a landlord with a vast family property portfolio in Cardiff, the key factors in choosing a service agent is: finding and keeping good tenants; maintenance carried out on time; rent paid promptly. I've used Albany Property Services to manage several of my properties in Cardiff for over 5 years. They handle everything as a property manager from compliance certificates and Rent Smart Wales requirements to all day-to-day property matters. I would happily recommend them to any other landlord in Cardiff for their exceptional services. Cannot recommended highly enough!

I had a very pleasant experience with Albany Property Services. The whole team were professional and helpful throughout. A special thank you to Ayman and Rik, who consistently showed a positive, can-do attitude, patiently dealt with all my queries, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Would highly recommend!

Been a tenant with this agency for over 6 months. Amazing service, staff are very friendly and have always been responsive with any queries. Property prices are very reasonable, especially with some of the ads I’ve seen in the area. I would very highly recommend renting with Albany Property Services.

Would like to thank albany property and team for a stress free rental experience for the past few years. Any problems in my flat got rectified in a timely manner and would like to thank Ayman in maintenance team for always being on hand to help. Would definitely use to rent again in future!
