So the way I see this, is that there is no point even providing a star rating for this company. But you have too, to post it. Been with this company since 2006 for service and I have never been so disappointed in the service for 2022 onwards Paid for service in April 2022 and the company booked in 4 times and cancelled every time then sent a person out to do the works and never did it. Also requested a refund and all I get it’s with the accountant and they are sorting it. DONT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. Like all comments they must be going into administration as moved out of the office.

Excellent. Fixed a technician visit easily and at convenient time. No waiting in for hours waiting for the guy to come. Scott arrived on time and got on with sorting my alarm out. He was very thorough and methodical. There were lots of bits and pieces that needed rectifying including fitting the sensors the right way around (obvious bodge job by the installers) and tidying up wires which he did even though it was difficult, checked everything, ran a walk through and showed me how things worked and how to use the codes etc. Very professional and left only when the job was properly done. Did not rush. Did not push me to buy any item or services. Gave me a detailed service report. I was happy to pay for the extra work as it was so well done. Definitely recommend National Alarmcall. Will use again when needed.

This company will not respond even if you have a maintenance contract with them that you have paid for. Do not waste your money using them. They will take your money and not provide a service. Unlikely to be in business much longer in my opinion.

Do not use this company who I think are probably bankrupt. I paid for my annual alarm system service in July 2022 and have been given excuse after excuse why they couldn't honour their contract. You will lose your money.

This company’s accounts are overdue and their company is being striked off. PLEASE DONT USE THEM. They took my money for 4 services to be carried out on my properties and never carried out the services. After several calls and emails they still haven’t refunded back my money paid in September 2022.
