Agleam Window Cleaning

Signed up for a window cleaning service weeks ago but backed out because they wouldn't give a set date. Fast forward six weeks: I wake up to a random guy washing my kitchen window out of nowhere. No appointment, no heads-up. Honestly, respect the strategy and they needed cleaning anyway so why not! Well, he missed an entire window and left without wiping anything down. Now my windows aren't dirty they just have a lovely new coat of dried water streaks. It looks absolutely ridiculous! To top it off after flooding my back door entrance, he left saying: "I’ll write a note so we know next time not to clean your back door." Next time?! Please, please never come back again!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Dan, who was exceptional from start to finish. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help immediately stood out. He took the time to walk me through pricing and cleaning frequency in a clear and reassuring way, making the entire process feel effortless. What really impressed me was Dan’s efficiency and commitment to great service—he managed to get me booked in for my first clean within 72 hours, which exceeded my expectations. Dan is a true credit to the team and sets the standard for what outstanding customer service should look like. I’m extremely happy with the results—10/10, would highly recommend!

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Choosing this company was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. In particular, my interactions with the manager, Dan, were consistently rude and unprofessional, and I felt that customer service was completely lacking. Based on what I observed, his management style came across as intimidating rather than supportive, which did not create a positive impression of the company. I would not recommend this business to others!

Very attentive and friendly approach. Always respect our property. It's been 10 years since we started using Agleam Window Cleaning to maintain our windows and doors. I'm highly recommend their service. Thank you for your high standards.

We just had Agleam in to do the inside windows. This was a one-off which they gave us a price for and it has been a great success. A job that we couldn't face is now all done and dusted. Thank you for looking after us!
