Advance Security Ltd CCTV Access Control & Intruder Alarms in Cambridge

I contacted them on the 4th of December. I sent photos and a full description of what we needed for our commercial premises. Someone called Keith, or Kevin called back. He promised to send a quote the same afternoon, or the next day. Guess what? Two weeks later and I've heard nothing. I'm glad they can afford to turn down what would have been a four figure job.

Charli - From the office, she was absolutely fantastic, great communication, informative and friendly. Main reason why I had chosen Advance Security Ltd. Robbie, Sebastian, Gabriel and Stephen - From the initial quote to the installation, all done quickly, professionally, and very friendly throughout. Would recommend.

I am very pleased with the work that they have carried out for me, professional and responsive. Thank you Seb for an excellent customer service. I can certainly recommend them.

Called them on 13th oct and was told you need to send an email (would not help me on the phone) on 15th I sent an email and despite sending a 2nd email on 21st they still have not answered me. Obviously do not want the business so have called somone else.

Would highly recommend, great service. Friendly, helpful and very kind to a lady who is in her later years. I felt I was in a safe pair of hands, with professionals who genuinely cared.
