ADT Fire & Security

I have been a customer of ADT for over 20 years I have recently uncounted a problem where they are charging me for a service which not only are they not providing they did not inform me that my service had altered I have written both to the area manager & Manager at customer services on the 8th May & 17th May 2017 respectively & yet I have had no acknowledgment or response from ADT they do not care at all about their small clients they are only interested in their larger clients. Their charges are out of this world for the poor service.

Been with them for 7 years and their charges are absolutely ridiculous. Ramping up their price to £40 per month for just a phone call if the alarm goes off. Not worth it! Gone over to simplisafe and they are wonderful. Avoid ADT at all costs

A big thank you to adt coming a few days earlier to fit the alarm system excellent customer service and the engineer luke brown was very professional and was a nice guy and a credit to your company very helpful and respected the property and talked us through the installation and after all the details on the panel he needs a gold star for giving your a good profile Thank Mr Glen cribb
