ADT Fire & Security

A brilliant product and equipment. Let down by poor customer service. Sales before you become a customer do a brilliant job at convincing you but once you are a customer then you (the customer) is simply treated as a money making machine with very little care or attention. Staff don’t appear like they genuinely want to help and are there simply to do a job/make ADT money. We have recently moved house and decided not to take ADT with us and have gone with a competitor. Would have given a 2.5 out of 5 if I could. If the equipment wasn’t so good then it would have been even less as their customer service is appalling.

Absolutely shocking company! Would never recommend these ever. Engineers fraudulently completing service reports to say they have inspected and fixed everything when they haven't. And claiming that they have carried out the services we pay for but have not as the business was closed during covid and they didn't even try and contact us... yet took us to court over unpaid invoices during a pandemic... now when questioning them they pass me from pillar to post to different departments and are delaying providing the information I've requested on two occasions now. And refuse to set up a complaint now I have to email it in apparently. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

If you want an engineer to come out for 5 minutes and charge you £800 for a fault that was a problem on ADT end then this is your company! SAVE YOUR MONEY! LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Great service and peace of mind from a professional security system.
