Adair Property Maintenance

I had the en-suite bathroom done, the main bathroom and the downstairs toilet and Mark and Jonny were great - good quality work, very organised, professional approach and as unobtrusive as possible in the house considering the amount of work they have needed to do. Overall really pleased with the job and would highly recommend.

What a service from Adair Property Maintenance. The trust and the fact you can leave the work in Mark and Johnnys hands was fantastic. They took the weight and pressure away from me. From having a tiny kitchen to an absolutely stunning kitchen. They did everything I asked. I’ve had walls knocked down walls built. Fully fitted kitchen. Windows. French doors. Plastering spot on. Flooring and other detailed work. They are polite and just get on with their work. I’ve have never come across such a fantastic hard working company as good as these. Decorating to follow. Thank you

Mark and Jonnie have just completed our bathroom refit, the result is stunning. The workmanship and attention to detail, they went over and above my expectations. These lads work hard and take pride in what they do, it was great to see the partnership, it was a joy to have them in my home.

We are so happy with our new bathroom. Mark and Jonny did an excellent job. Arrived each day on time, worked hard communicated well about their progress and finished on schedule. Standard of work is fantastic and they take real care and pride in what they do. Highly recommend using Adair Property Maintenance if you want a job doing well!

I had my whole bathroom re-done! Mark and his team were simply the best tradesman I have come across in a long time - not only did they complete my bathroom in a timely manor and to a beautiful spec! But keeping the house clean at all times and making sure the toilet was accessible for me and my kids whilst working around the bathroom - they also took all the old bathroom to the skip and actually went further and took a few bits I had in driveway from another job! Simply amazing! Thank you Mark - bathroom usage is in full swing and working wonderfully 👌🏽 I will always recommend 100%!! Sharon
