Update: They must think its safer to drive in forward now onto the public path. New photo. I've even made a complaint to Everyone Active Aquatic Centre about this as they are very strict with disabled parking even with space in the disabled car park to park safely they won't allow you to do it. But they allow a company to illegally mount the kerb and park on the pavement. Ace Fire and Security know they should not be doing this, but still do it. It's very lazy and disrespectful to disabled people who have to park much further away and shows a lack of health and safety for a company that sells it.

Avoid. We inherited an alarm system from this company. It kept going off. I rang them. “Oh, we don’t do ad hoc callouts” said a bored person. “And the previous owner hasn’t cancelled her contract”. (In which case, you should be sorting it out under that contract). After being woken by this system malfunctioning at 6 in the morning I rang another company, who came out the same day, disarmed the system and explained that a reason for it malfunctioning was that batteries in the sensors hadn’t been replaced. Had the “maintenance” been done properly under the contract with the previous owner? Good question, to which I am no longer in the least interested in knowing the answer. I shall need an alarm system going forward, but Ace won’t be supplying or “maintaining” it. Like I said, avoid.

Shocking company! Customer services are appalling along with the service engineers. I have been let down twice in a row now, no call for an update when they miss their am/pm slot, turn up without a 30 min call beforehand (noted on notes) then leave as property is unoccupied then have to wait another 2 weeks for another appointment, will they actually turn up to service my alarm probably not, excuses after excuses no wonder the company has a poor star rating. Think twice before using this company.

Homeowner in Oakley I would highly recommend this company. From the initial contact everything was handled in a prompt and professional manner. The person who surveyed our property prior to the installation of the alarm system was very knowledgeable and he fully understood our needs. The installation team turned up as arranged and the equipment was installed to a very high standard. The engineers also spent a considerable amount of time explaining how the alarm and CCTV system operated. Thanks everyone for a first class service.

Moved into a home with an ACE alarm system installed so accepted their offer for us to take over the contract. The very first communication was very efficient and professional. But since then the service has been atroscious. Every engineer visit has taken 6-10 weeks to organise, and now after three engineer visits I'm still left with a not fully functional system with the problems only identified at the most recent visit. To cap to off the customer services team have failed to respond to my complaint in the timeline which they have me. I couldn't in good faith recommend anyone to use ace fire and security.
