Aberdeen Carpet Clean

Absolutely brilliant job on my carpet. Kids and dogs made a right mess, and ACC cleaned it back like new. Highly recommend.

Not sure I would use or recommend this company. I had contacted them for a price for cleaning my corner sofa. I was quoted £280-£350. Of course it was £350 due it needing a ‘good clean’. They also cleaned two carpets. Didn’t manage to remove the stains on the carpets. I wasn’t impressed with the quite rude and insistent request for payment before they left. There had been no mention of this when I contacted them and just expected an invoice or at least some time to pay but he asked for cheque (can’t remember last time I used a cheque) cash or had a bar code to make immediate transfer. I had a visitor at time and he stood in the room making us both uncomfortable waiting until I had sent payment. I am happy with my sofa. Disappointed about carpets. Which he told me about stains not coming out after I’d paid. They also weren’t the tidiest although when they came they said they would hoover and tidy after. They also didn’t wear covers on their shoes so were walking through the house constantly with dirty wet shoes. For £490 and the bigging themselves up and slagging other competitors I expected a bit better service.

This is the second time we have used this company for stairs/hall carpets. Very quick response & managed to come out within a couple of days. Carpets are spotless. Very reasonably priced. Guy was polite and friendly. Thank you!

Lovely guy nice and friendly. Did a fantastic job on my living room carpet, had a lot of stains from my Toddler and My pet from passing away. But the Guy Paul did a fantastic caring job so pleased with the outcome.

Just moved in to our new house and wanted carpets cleaned. Paul from Aberdeen Carpet Clean came and delivered! He was efficient, friendly and very thorough. He worked extra hard to get a difficult stain out. I would highly recommend their services.
