A Star Service Carpet & Upholstery cleaners.

Fantastic service from Tom. Got back to me confirming a quote and availability promptly, and emailed info over. Carpet clean was fantastic, exactly what we needed for an end of tenancy. Great customer service all around, would highly recommend - thank you

Tom came to clean our carpets after our tenant had moved out. They had been in the apartment for a number of years and the carpet was originally cream. I could not believe how dirty it was absolutely black! We wanted to live with it until our renovations started and Tom did an absolutely amazing job, he worked so hard and it was truly transformed. The machines and products totally got years of dirt out. I could not recommend them enough, excellent service, smart and professional. Thank you 😊

Recommended by my letting agents. Top tier service from start to finish. Very responsive from initial enquiry and were able to accommodate my timescales of move out. After 4 years living in the property the carpets look brand new. Thank you for such a polite, friendly and thorough service.

Our dog decided to eat a 4 colour biro on our landing carpet. Only discovering it late we set to with soap and water, actually making it much worse and driving it further into the carpet. I rang Tom at AStar the following morning and although he was very busy in the run up to Easter and initially apologised because he didn't think he could get to me, he managed to slip us in between jobs in the afternoon. He did a wonderful job. Some marks are stubborn and haven't quite gone but if you didn't know the history of the carpet you probably wouldn't notice it. It's 100% better than it was. I would highly recommend Tom and AStar.

I’ve used A Star Service a few times over the past year for carpet and sofa cleaning, and I’ve always been really happy with the results. They’re super reliable, always turn up on time and keep in touch. It’s just easy and hassle-free, and the carpets and sofas always come out looking great. Definitely recommend!
