A & S Property Services

Harley fitted our utility room, we were given a quote the same day as he visited, and then the work started the following day! Unbelievably efficient, hard working and he has done an excellent job, we are extremely happy with the work!

Alan was recommended to me by a neighbour and he did not disappoint when working on my property this year. The work completed was carried out to an exceptional standard and my new kitchen & bathroom look great! Alan and his team are polite, friendly and tidy. I highly recommend his business as they are also careful and respectful with the current pandemic and wear face masks.

Alan did a great job for us over the last few weeks. Internally Plastering and decorating) and externally (Roofing) he was very professional, tidy, prompt and took a pride in his work

We have used Alan (A @ S Property) several times to do work in our house, including electrical work, carpentry, plastering, brickwork, plumbing, etc. We have always found him to be a pleasant person, and all the work he has done for us has been to a high standard, and we have been very pleased with it. I would recommend Alan to anyone interested in having work done in their home.

Alan has carried out work for me in my bristol property & I was reluctant to use anyone else when it came to my London home. Thankfully Alan was able to carry out the works needed on my house, as always to a high standard. I have always found Alan and his team to be polite, helpful and extremely tidy, I wouldn’t consider using anyone else!
