Perhaps a slightly odd review to write, as we did not actually end up using Anna for the RICS Level 3 survey we initially reached out to her for. However, we always found Anna very responsive and helpful - and in particular wanted to highlight to others how open and honest with us Anna was about the survey not meeting the requirements of our lenders and providing, unasked, recommendations of local companies who would be able to help instead. Very refreshing to find someone to take the time to do this when nothing in it for themselves. Thank you again Anna.

Anna was great, and we would fully recommend her. We ended up using her to survey two different houses we were trying to buy (after our first attempted purchase fell through) and the service was excellent both times. It was really quick and easy to arrange for her conduct the survey, and she called the next day to give us a thorough overview of her findings.
