Driver parked lorry across my garage so that I could not get car out.I was trying to bring wife to hospital. Contacted office and gave girl all the details and she said she would get back to me. She never did so I rang back only to be put straight on hold. Absolutely pathetic behaviour and so unprofessional. 🤦♂️
