Please be cautious — based on my experience, I cannot recommend using Marlex Property Solutions. The contractor seemed very nice and professional when talking, but unfortunately, his actions — missed appointments, delays, and incomplete work — did not reflect that. I paid almost 85% of the quoted price in total. Initially, the contractor asked for a deposit for materials, and each time he came to do some work, he requested another payment. By the time I realised, I had already paid most of the full quote, but much of the work remained unfinished. The work started in July last year. Recently, the contractor missed a scheduled appointment and has been completely uncontactable since then, ignoring calls, texts, and messages. It has now been 8 months since the work began, and I’ve heard that other customers may have had similar experiences.

Almost ran off the road by a Marlex Property Solutions van. The van stank of weed and was driving erratically down Frampton Cottrell in the morning, looked like it was aiming for a cyclist, moving to go left and then sharply veering right. If they work as well as they drive I'd avoid at all costs.

Thoroughly delighted at the bathroom refit done by Marlex Property Solutions. They overcame many an obstacle thrown at them by our rickety Victorian house and still came in at a good price. Would recommend and will be using again in future.

We had a carbon monoxide alarm go off (falsely) and our gas supply was turned off as the boiler by the emergency gas engineer. The following day I contacted 360 and within a few hours a boiler engineer was with us and sorting the boiler and gas supply out. They were very friendly and kept me informed of what was happening at every stage in the process. As our boiler is quite old, the engineer had to order some specific parts and come back the following day. They told us when they would be back and were true to their word and arrived when they were supposed to. The work was all done to an extremely high standard and the cost was very reasonable. I will contact them for annual servicing to the boiler and any other issues that arise in the future
