Top marks and praise for Rasa and Dan at 1st Reaction. A cry for help at 0930hrs and a response and RESOLUTION and ABOVE AND BEYOND remote and on-site assistance within an hour! Unbelievable great service. Best I've experienced all year!!!

We have worked with 1st Reaction for many years. They have always been very helpful at any time of day or night. They are professional and will ensure you receive the best equipment and service for your needs.

We recently had a number of new cameras installed on site. The engineers are professional and tidy. The new system works very well and we are very happy with the service.

Are these still going Took over from the gentleman who fitted my alarm Conned me out of 2 call out fees and said I had a useless system needed updating Turns out all I needed was a new battery and 10 years later the system is going as good as ever Never forget how nasty the man was on the phone to me Wouldn't touch these with a barge poll Luckily the man came back into the business and services mine every year
