1st Choice Security Systems Ltd

We recently had new vehicle and pedestrian gates installed at our school by 1st Choice Security, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Josh and the team were exceptional throughout the whole process. The end product is of outstanding quality, and the workmanship is second to none. Their customer service was brilliant—friendly, professional and genuinely committed to getting everything right for us. Communication was clear and consistent at every stage, and we always felt well informed. We were also really impressed with the value for money and the thoughtful advice offered to ensure we chose the best solution for our setting. The after‑sales care has been just as impressive, with quick responses and continued support even after installation. Highly recommended—thank you, Josh and the team!

Sent them an email with pictures of my system so they can give me a quote to upgrade our cctv system. 1 reply to my email, and then nothing! I will find someone else who is interested in doing the job! I would give them 0 if I could.

Very helpful company - excellent communication regarding quotes, booking and appointment allocation. Engineer (Barry) arrived on time and resolved the problem. Did all the tests and advised on what needed updating. Excellent service from this company and would recommend for service call out or new installation.

Second time using this firm, once for the front gate, this time for the garage roller door. The reception team are always friendly and helpful. The technicians are experienced, friendly and know what they are doing. They turn up when they say they will and their prices are great value for the work they do. Highly recommended.

Recently had work done via a property management company so contacted these guys directly. The ladies in the office are wonderful and went out of their way to help rearrange a missed visit. The guys who sorted the intercom/new internal phones were efficient, friendly and polite. Didn't get all names but thank you Darius and Barry!
